Shipping Policy – Canada & International

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We proudly ship orders across Canada and to select international destinations.

    Domestic (Canada):

    We deliver to all provinces and territories, including remote and rural     regions.

    International:

    We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

  • European Union (selected countries)

     Note: If your country is not listed, please contact us at     machines@thebohan.com to confirm availability.

   Customs Notice: International shipments may be subject to customs     duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.     We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

    3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment.


4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers including:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Carrier selection is based on order size, destination, and shipping method.


5. Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express and international shipments.

  • Some items (e.g., batteries, flammable products) may have shipping restrictions due to international regulations.

  • Oversized items may incur additional fees; you will be notified prior to shipment if this applies.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours at machines@thebohan.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, as eligible.


7. Local Pickup (Optional – Canada Only)

Customers in Calgary may select Free Local Pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM (by appointment)

  • Address: Calgary

You will receive a pickup notification once your order is ready.
